Just in case you’re trying to get your head around why the Cash Out feature isn’t available right now on Bet365 (a British online sports betting/gambling company), find solace in the fact that you aren’t the only one facing issues lately.
A quick look at micro-blogging site Twitter conveys there are many other affected by the same issue. For a quick glance, here’s how some of the complainants word the problem:
is the cash out option gone for good now?
Just wondering how exactly you promote ‘responsible gambling’ when you take away one of the few mechanisms that offer that to punters in the cash out feature? I’ve lost a pretty penny these last few weeks due to it being pulled at every opportunity. Totally irresponsible
I’ve had similar problems with bet365 not offering cash outs when eligible, with my current bets totally disappearing off the homescreen, when I have the opportunity to cash out.
Here’s a user shared GIF showcasing the issue:
You owe me a grand @bet365
REPEATEDLY tried to cash out and you refused to give me the money.
Absolutely disgraceful service pic.twitter.com/llFoDmbCOV

What’s appeasing is that Bet365 has officially confirmed this is a known issue at their end and is being worked on.
thanks for getting in touch, we are aware that Cash Out is unavailable and we’re working to resolve this as soon as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
To clear out the confusion, while responding to a user initially, the support confirmed the feature has been disabled on purpose and is a Traders decision.
But they changed their stance soon saying that’s not the case. It’s rather a case of wrong information conveyed to the user.
we can confirm Cash Out is presently unavailable due to widespread technical issues which we are working to resolve. We apologise for any misinformation you have received regarding this.
What’s good is the matter is being worked on.
Rest assured, we’re keeping a continuous tab on all related developments, and will update this page with relevant info as and when we come across any. So in case, you’re encountering the problem discussed here, stay hooked for updates.
